As a father, I understand the intricacies of balancing fitness aspirations with life’s commitments. This is why I enjoy helping my clients to navigate a similar journey. Every athlete is unique, so collaborating to troubleshoot and discover an individualised route to success remains at the heart of what I do.

My speciality is enhancing strength, working with athletes in Powerlifting and Weightlifting. However, my experience as a strength and conditioning coach extends across various domains. From athletics to rugby, I’ve helped individuals in diverse sports achieve their performance goals.

Individualised Coaching – NZ$200 per four weeks – CURRENTLY AT CAPACITY

One-on-one coaching, specific to your background and goals. This involves:

  • An initial questionnaire so I can learn about you, your background and your unique goals.
  • A video call to expand upon the information gathered above, answer any questions you may have, and begin to build our coach-athlete relationship.
  • Individualised training plans are delivered weekly.
  • Regular communication and feedback (responses within 24hrs Mon-Fri NZ Time).
  • Bimonthly video call check-ins (on request or as required).

This option has a four-week notice period if athletes wish to cancel their coaching.

Consult and Programming – NZ$150+

A one-off option where we can discuss your specific requirements and design a customised program to help you achieve your goals.

Consulting ServicesNZ$65/half hour

My consulting services encompass various aspects including programming, technique, exercise science, and other relevant queries. Following each consultation, clients receive a detailed summary of the discussion and any applications covered via email.

Examples of services provided may include:

  • Programme Design: Assisting clients in creating tailored exercise programs or enhancing their current programming strategies to meet their fitness or performance objectives.
  • Technique Analysis: Providing detailed analysis and specific recommendations to optimise technique and improve efficiency.
  • Exercise Science: Helping clients comprehend scientific insights and effectively communicate them to their online audience.

Workshops NZ$500+ per half day

These are tailored to meet your unique needs. I have run workshops for various groups, such as personal trainers and coaches, CrossFit athletes, tertiary students, and more. Topics have included technique, programming and coaching for Powerlifting and Weightlifting.
